Get Ready for Game Night, Evolution’s Live Game Show Inspired by Hasbro

Jake Sanford Jake Sanford

Evolution teams up with iconic toy manufacturer Hasbro to deliver Game Night, a new live game show featuring the legendary characters, five bonus rounds inspired by classic games like Rock Paper Scissors, and multipliers on every spin.

Game Night by Evolution will be set in a colorful studio replete with Hasbro iconography and an inviting production. The maximum win ceiling is 10,000x (or $500,000), while the optimal RTP – based on betting Number 1 only – is 97%.

The Wheel & Multipliers

Before placing bets, players will be met with a 54-segment wheel divided between Numbers 1, 2 and 5, as well as five bonus rounds. The numbered segments take up most of the wheel and pay instantly if the ball lands:

  • Number 1 has twenty-two segments and pays 1:1
  • Number 2 has fifteen segments and pays 2:1
  • Number 5 has eight segments and pays 5:1

Players can bet on any numbered segment or the nine bonus segments. There’s also an All Bonuses button for more streamlined gameplay.

Before each round, the wheel is boosted by a selection of random multipliers that increase payouts by up to 5x on numbered segments. If the multiplier lands on the bonus segment, it carries over into the corresponding bonus round.

Hasbro-Inspired Bonuses

The bonuses in Evolution’s Game Night are not your typical spectator-based rounds. Each of the five bonuses is inspired by a classic game and offers players a distinct choice.

Connect 4

Connect 4 bonus round lets you choose the Red or Yellow team and watch discs as they drop onto a grid filled with multipliers. The goal is to connect four disks of the same color horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

The winning team is paid out in full; the losing team receives half the reward. In addition to multipliers that carry over from the base game, Connect 4 has its own 2x multipliers that can drop randomly at any time.

Battleship

Set in a sea-battle-inspired studio, Battleship lets you pick a square to reveal its multiplier, then hit a burning ship to potentially win the combined multipliers in that ship. Each ship covers up to four segments. If you don’t succeed, you’ll at least win the multiplier on the individual segment, potentially boosted by bomb multipliers.

Hungry Hungry Hippos

In this bonus round, players choose one of four hippos and watch it race to collect multiplier balls. The payout is determined by whichever color ball your hippo gobbles up the most. Random bird boosts drop in along the way, and once the dust settles, that bird might even return with a special feather that instantly doubles the total win.

Snakes and Ladders

In Snakes and Ladders, players pick Team Pink, Purple, or Blue and follow them across a 100-square board packed with snakes, ladders, multipliers, and extra roll chances. Every team starts with three rolls, and each roll pushes your team forward in a bid to reach square 100 before their rolls run out.

Plus, random additive multipliers can receive surprise boosts right before the action begins.

Rock Paper Scissors

Game Night by Evolution also brings the classic Rock Paper Scissors gameplay in one of its bonus rounds. Players pick one and watch two live reels spin: one to reveal the host’s opposing gesture, the other to determine the prizes.

Win the matchup, and you’ll collect the multiplier displayed on the prize reel. If luck isn’t on your side, a loss still pays out a 3x consolation prize, while a tie awards a 7x payout.

When Can We Play Game Night by Evolution?

Evolution showcased Game Night alongside its Hasbro lineup at ICE Barcelona back in January, with the initial roadmap projecting a Q1 to Q3 release. After a none-too-short delay, the game is expected to make a splash on November 25.
